IMPORTANT TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

DO I NEED TO PAY IN FULL AT TIME OF BOOKING?

Yes and No.

Cruises:

  • If booking last minute, and depending on which cruise line, you may need to pay within 75-days for domestic or within 90-days for international departures. Otherwise, a per person deposit is required. Refer to your invoice for the due date.

Travel Insurance:

  • It is always recommended to book your travel insurance at time of booking your holiday – this ensures that if you have paid a high deposit and you need to cancel your reservation, you can easily claim back your deposit and re-book again for a later date.

Accommodation & Flights (including Package Holidays):

  • Depending on the hotel or airlines booking terms and conditions, you may need to pay for your accommodation and/or your flight upfront in full at time of booking.

If you have booked well in advance, you can pay off your reservation with as little or as much as you like until the due date. If a payment plan suits you better, or you wish to pay only a deposit and then pay the total closer to due date, please let your Travel Professional know.
